MEDIA REPRESENTATIVE GUIDELINES
1. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

You must wear a high-visibility vest at all times during the event. You must also have valid life insurance coverage.

Minors (under 18) must provide written parental or guardian consent. The consent form must be presented to the organizers before entering the event area.

Flying a drone is allowed only at your own risk and responsibility. The organizers assume no liability for any damage, accidents or issues related to drone operation.

2. MEDIA REPRESENTATIVE’S RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main task is to capture the best moments of the event:
- Photograph the show cars, drift cars and SPL participants
3. ACCESS
- The media ticket grants access for both days of the event.
- Media representatives are allowed to arrive early in the morning (before general public admission).
4. MEDIA FACILITIES
We provide media representatives with:
- A dedicated media room for resting
- Snacks and refreshments
- Possibility to charge batteries and rest when needed
5. UPLOAD OBLIGATION
All recorded photos and videos must be uploaded after the event to the database provided by the organizers.
6. GENERAL RULES
- Respect other participants, drivers and visitors.
- Follow instructions from organizers and security staff.
- Always move around the venue wearing your high-visibility vest.
- All media material (photos, videos) may be used for event promotion unless otherwise agreed.
