The owner of the Augustfest.ee online store (hereinafter the Online Store) is EMG Solutions OÜ (registration code 12890693),

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
EMG Solutions OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data, EMG Solutions OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ
1. Products and making a purchase
Forming the order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution
1.2. The user of the service selects the desired products and then undertakes to enter the data required to complete the order (surname, first name, contact telephone number, contact e-mail) and pays for the products via the bank link of the Internet bank or by bank transfer.
1.3. The user of the service undertakes to provide true data when completing the order, which is necessary to fulfill the order. The Service Provider is not responsible for non-fulfilment of the order due to incorrect data provided by the User of the Service or for any resulting consequences.
1.4. The sale takes place and the contractual contract comes into effect when the Service user has paid for the order by bank transfer using the bank link in the E-shop or has made the transfer based on the issued invoice.
1.5. The displayed products are usually in stock. The availability of the displayed products may change due to technical problems in the warehouse or E-shop programs.
1.6. If the product is out of stock, the order cannot be fulfilled. In this case, the E-store employee will contact the user and offer a possible new delivery time, replacement of the product with an equivalent product of the same price and quality, or return the money to the Service user within 14 days at the latest.
1.7. The displayed product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product. The service provider does its best to display the best possible and correct product description, but despite this, the product descriptions in the e-shop may not be exhaustive and may contain unintentional errors.
1.8. The products offered in the e-shop are sold to both natural and legal persons.
2. Pricing
2.1. All prices in the E-shop are in euros
2.2. The service provider has the right to change the displayed prices at any time. If the user submitted and paid for the order in the E-shop, the Service Provider undertakes to deliver the corresponding products to the user at the prices valid at the time of the order.
2.3. The service provider has the right to refuse to fulfill the order in case of a technical error, due to which the price of the product in the E-shop has been incorrect.
3. Delivery time and delivery conditions
3.1. In Estonia, the goods are delivered to the service user via the Omniva/Itella parcel machine, at the recipient's expense. International shipments are delivered by mutual agreement.
3.2. Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2-4 working days from the date of sales contract. If the goods must be ordered from outside Estonia, delivery to the customer may take 5-14 working days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
3.3. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. Transport is paid at checkout together with the products.
4. Discounts
4.1. By adding the correct discount coupon code to the box of the discount coupon in the shopping cart, you can get the corresponding amount or % off the total cost of the product, depending on how the discount coupon is set.
4.2. Discount coupons can be found on the posts of our campaigns on Facebook, among the flyers distributed at car events, if you buy products during the campaign, we will send you the coupons together with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days
to have the right of withdrawal, the corresponding products and services must be listed in such a case and they must meet the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed to test the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address emgsolutionsou@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the thing to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the item, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and to demand the goods back from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online store, due to an error, the market price of the goods has been marked significantly lower.
The right to file a claim
Products sent from the manufacturer's warehouse directly to the customer (rims, tires, coilovers, sports seats, etc.) can not be returned.
Products that require painting (or other treatment) (e.g. body parts) must be tested for compatibility with your vehicle before painting, painted or otherwise treated products will not be returned.
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to emgsolutionsou@gmail.com or by calling +372 56846122.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Webshop will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct marketing and personal data processing
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.
